
I love this new site I found! This weight loss site is funny and irreverent. In fact, I think I'll use them for inspiration as I start to get back into shape again. If you want to read more about the site click on the links at the bottom otherwise you'll just sign up for it. LOL. I am quite inspired lately and am hoping to shed 20 pounds by the end of summer.
I'm thinking of going swimming once or twice a week. It really isn't that expensive and it is a relaxing way to exercise too. I already have a swim suit but no goggles so have to make due by not opening my eyes toooo much under water. I've been pretty good about doing something active on the weekends so it is just during the week that I need to work on. Mostly it is eating for me because I enjoy working out. (I KNOW! Who would have thought???)
